Swann Plumbing & Heating is OFTEC registered for oil installations, like CORGI is for Gas OFTEC is for Oil. This means we are qualified and able to self certify our work removing the need for the customer to call in building control at further expense.

We can supply, install and service any oil boiler. We are happy to recommend the following boiler brands; Worcester, Grant, Trianco, Viessmann, Warmflow and HRM boilers. All boilers can be integrated into more complex heating systems including solar thermal. Trianco, Viessmann and Worcester can also be attached to their own brand air source heat pumps.

We work on both pressure jet and vapourising boilers and cookers. We can supply and fit oil tanks to domestic heating systems.

We are very experienced in the service and repair of a variety of range cookers including Aga, Rayburn, Alpha and Stanley we recommend that all boilers and cookers are serviced annually in keeping with the manufacturers instructions
